8:00am - 9:00pm (Courts are closed for maintenance from 12:00pm - 3:00pm. We will try to accommodate you during these times if you give us at least a 24 hour advanced reservation.)
Friday, Saturday & Sunday
8:00am - 5:00pm (No lights available on weekends.)

Tennis Rules
It is the responsibility of the Director of Tennis to enforce the following rules. He also has the authority to expel anyone from the tennis complex if, in his judgment, the person is jeopardizing the enjoyment of others. In addition, he may recommend to the Tennis Committee suspension of a member's privileges (or a guest's privileges) for valid reasons.
- The tennis courts are available to members only and dues paying members shall have court-playing precedence at all times.
- Court 6 is available to children at all times with full adult playing privileges, and they may not be bumped from these courts until completion of one hour of play.
- All players MUST sign the Daily Register in the Tennis Pro Shop before they may start play.
- Only proper tennis attire may be worn on the courts. No bathing suits permitted on courts.
- Regulation tennis shoes must be worn on the courts at all times.
- Play is limited to 1 hour for singles and 1-1/2 hours for doubles when people are waiting for a court.
- Tournament or official play takes precedence on the courts.
- Court number 1 is a teaching court, but when it is not being used for this purpose it is open for play by members.
- Children must be accompanied by, and under the constant supervision of at least one parent or a responsible adult supervisor.
- If not playing tennis, children are not allowed on the playing surfaces, sidewalks or pathways.
- Without exception, children are not allowed to loiter in the Tennis Shop.
- Players should check with the Director of Tennis or Tennis Professional after a rain for permission to play on the courts. Only the Pro may dry or supervise the drying of the courts.
- All members should cooperate in keeping the tennis complex neat and clean by placing unwanted articles in trashcans and returning towels to the bin provided in the Tennis Shop.
- The Club accepts no responsibility for the personal property of members or their guests.
- Lago Mar Country Club's Social Members are subject to the same usage restrictions as local guests.
A. Local Guests - Members must introduce their local guests, as well as guests residing within 100 miles of the Club. This rule applies not only to use the tennis courts, but to all facilities of the Club, including the Main Dining Room and the Oak Room. The sponsoring member must accompany the guest at all times while on Club premises.
- A member may not bring the same local guest more than twice a month, and this person cannot be the guest of any other member within a one-month period.
- The charge for a guest to play tennis is $8.00 a day. This fee may be paid in cash or it may be charged to the sponsoring member's account.
- Guests must sign the Daily Register before they may start play. The guest will use the sponsoring member's Club Number with a "G" added at the end of the number to indicate he is a guest so the sponsoring member can be easily identified.
B. Out-Of-Town Guests - It is not necessary for sponsoring members to accompany guests who live outside a 100-mile radius of the Club.
- It is necessary that the sponsoring member notify the Tennis Shop (in advance) whenever he wishes tennis privileges to be extended to his/her guest or guests. This may be done by letter or phone, giving the names of all tennis-playing guests in the party. He will also inform the Director of Tennis of the dates privileges should be extended...not to exceed a two-week period.
- It is the sponsoring member's responsibility to inform his guest or guests that he/they must contact the Director of Tennis when first visiting the Club to sign a registration card.
- The charge for an out-of-town guest to play tennis is $8.00 per day.This fee can be charged to the sponsoring member's account; this should be arranged in advance with the Director of Tennis by the sponsoring member.
- Each temporary guest must sign the Daily Register in the Tennis Shop before starting play.
